When you click the “Buy Now” button, you will be directed to a page where you can make a one time payment for use of the e-Agent Advantage system.  When you get to that page it will ask you to make and confirm payment.

BILLING: There is only 1 billing option:  There will be a 1 time payment of $16.00 for 4 months of usage.  The cost is $0.80 per listing including tax, with a maximum of 5 listings = $4.00 a month for 4 months = $16.00  This is unlimited editing, pictures, revision, and access. You may even delete or “swap” out one listing for another, but only a maximum of 5 listings can be maintained per month for this price.

There is no automatic reoccurring billing.  One time payment, offers unlimited access for 4 months, with the maximum of limit of 5 listings per month.  At the end of the 4 month term, access will be terminated unless you purchase a new 4 month term and all of your information will be maintained.  You will be required to pay, at the expiration of the 4 month term, for continued use of the e-Agent Advantage system, if you choose to continue your e-Agent Advantage access.

There are no refunds or discounts for “unused listings” or “unused months”.  It is set up this way to maintain simplicity and clarity of billing for RESPA compliance.

In order to maintain compliance with Regulation X Sec. 3500.14, we are required to share the nominal expense of using the single property website for the intention of online marketing of homes.  This online service is recognized as a “thing of value” and therefore requires the sharing of fees.

The sharing of the E-Properties/E-Agent Advantage marketing system requires the nominal payment of $4.00 a month for a maximum of 5 listing per month for the use of this co-branding tool.  Billing is only in an increment of a 4 month term.  This also includes your portion of any cost of tax and payment fees.  You can contact me for any training or questions, but you are responsible for adding properties and maintaining any of your listings on the system.

At the end of the 4 month term you will be required to purchase a consecutive term, to  maintain compliance with Regualtion X Sec. 3500.14, and if you want to continue with using the E-Properties/E-Agent Advantage system or we will be forced to delete your account.  This is in an effort to protect all parties involved and ensure compliance with Regulation X, Sec. 3500.14.
